BioAs a young boy, Nick wanted to be a police officer. He played policeman, to the point of arresting older students at his school, he had a little police cruiser scooter, he idolized the policemen in his family and community. From a young age, he was instilled with a somewhat frightening appreciation of justice.
Then one of his idols was indicted for running a drug ring.
With his idealism stripped away, two things stayed with Nick: a keen sense of justice and a keen sense of betrayal. Naturally, as a kid, there wasn't much he could do about any of it.
And then one day, he grew wings.
